The KPI Project is a performance management system that tracks and improves organizational outcomes across departments. It features three user roles: Admins create, assign, and analyze KPIs; Department Admins monitor their department’s KPIs and performance; and Users manage their assigned KPIs and submit data. This structured approach promotes transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
